We believe each person is uniquely created to answer a problem in the world or in someone’s world. There isn’t another person on this planet exactly like you. As humans, we are comprised of the totality of our experiences, interactions, knowledge, talents, and gifts. No two people share the exact same **life signature**. As humans, we share up to 99.9% of our DNA. However, it’s that 0.1% that is the genius of your difference. It is that 0.1% that gives you your edge!
When you begin to examine the totality of who you are and what you have to offer under a microscope, you will start to see just how extraordinary you are. Once you understand, embrace, and master your superpowers, you are now ready to aim them at problems you are asked to solve. Your knowledge and mastery of serving your strengths to others make you a GAMECHANGER.
What we do
Our coaching foundation is based on Gallup’s CliftonStrengths (commonly known as StrengthsFinder) Assessment. We believe that identifying your strengths offers you a solid diving-off point. This identification allows you to begin to assess how you are showing up in the world and how you can more accurately focus those strengths to achieve your goals. CliftonStrengths is a valuable tool once you embrace its findings. After acknowledging and embracing your strengths, it’s time to take them to the next level! This next phase is when the real magic happens. Toy wove her unique insight into human dynamics, accompanied by her high aptitude for emotional intelligence, and married them with Gallup’s CliftonStrengths assessment findings. Within this, you will not only discover your what, but you will also learn your why and how.
